International Living is a publishing group who had a requirement to fit out offices in a restored period house in Woodlock Estate, Portlaw, Co. Waterford. The design allowed for the provision of Open Plan Offices, to accommodate 140 positions, Demountable Partitioning, Meeting & Collabrative Spaces, Canteen and Locker Room.
The client chose the Senator Freeway product as it allowed for product continuity for a minimum of twelve years and so they were reassured that any further development would be ‘future proofed’. Subtle colour schemes, sensitive to the building’s asthetics, were selected with colour being introduced in the Canteen and Locker Room areas.
